By creating an account or signing in via social authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

MAFURAD is a strategic intelligence platform that provides horizon scanning, emerging risk analysis, weak signal detection, and AI-powered theme generation across multiple intelligence domains. The platform aggregates publicly available information, processes it using artificial intelligence, and presents structured intelligence for decision support.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per individual — shared or organizational accounts are available under Team and Enterprise plans
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service

3. Subscription Tiers & Pricing

MAFURAD offers the following plans:

• Explorer (Free) — 1 dashboard, Top 3 of 9 themes per dashboard, basic signal feeds, no exports
• Professional ($29/month) — 3 dashboards, AI chatbot, pattern detection, early warnings, Strategic + Executive exports (themes & dashboards)
• Team ($69/month) — 10 dashboards, Risk Horizon scanner, all 3 export formats (Strategic, Executive, Full), 5 team seats
• Enterprise ($99/seat/month) — Unlimited access, API integration, branded reports, custom domains, dedicated support

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the platform without an API subscription
• Redistribute, resell, or republish MAFURAD’s analysis, themes, or intelligence reports
• Use automated tools to access the Service without prior authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or platform infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

MAFURAD’s analysis, intelligence themes, cross-domain patterns, risk scores, and AI-generated content are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Source signals displayed on the platform link to and are attributed to their original publishers. You may use MAFURAD intelligence for your own internal decision-making but may not commercially redistribute it without written consent.

7. AI Disclaimer

Important: All intelligence on this platform is AI-generated from publicly available sources. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. MAFURAD’s risk scores, themes, and analysis are decision-support tools — not directives. Users should independently verify critical findings and apply professional judgement before acting on any intelligence.

8. Data Sources

MAFURAD aggregates publicly available information from RSS feeds, public APIs, government publications, and open data sources. We respect publisher terms and conditions, and always link to original sources. 9. Limitation of Liability

MAFURAD and MATINAH BEACONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from decisions made based on intelligence provided by the platform. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise platform integrity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your access will cease immediately, and personal data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

(a) Free Trial: The Explorer plan provides complimentary access with no payment required. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your access remains restricted to the Explorer tier features.

(b) Paid Subscriptions: All paid plans (Professional, Team, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile page.

(c) Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscribed plan until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months used.

(d) Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments already processed. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge date. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.

(e) Downgrades: You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You will retain access to your current plan’s features until that date.
